Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you (or a person designated by you) received the product, without giving any reason. Our shirts are printed to order but are not personalised to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal applies.
How to withdraw
- Let us know within 14 days by email to shop@zodiaczero.com, stating your name and order number. You may use the model form below, but this is not required.
- Send the product back within 14 days after informing us, to the return address we email you. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first: our shirts are printed by a partner in Europe and the return address depends on where your order was produced.
Costs and refund
- We refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof of shipment.
- The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense.
- You may try the product on as you would in a shop. If it has been worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.
Misprints, damage and wrong items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, mail us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost. You do not need to return the faulty item unless we ask for it.
