Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union. Because all products are printed within Europe, there are no customs duties or import fees.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: €4.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders of 3 shirts or more

Delivery times

Every product is printed to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days, after which delivery takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your country. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. These are estimates; delays can occur around holidays and peak periods.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, or the tracking shows a problem, contact us at shop@zodiaczero.com and we will sort it out. Please make sure your address is complete and correct; parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
