Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on shop.zodiaczero.com, operated by Zodiac Zero, Charles de Kerchovelaan 83A, 9000 Gent, Belgium, VAT / company number BE0881521053, shop@zodiaczero.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms. They are available in English; on request we provide them in Dutch.

2. Our products

We sell printed apparel. Every product is printed to order by our production partner after you order it. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Our designs are for entertainment and self-expression; nothing on our products or website is a prediction, advice or a guarantee of any kind.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on orders of 3 shirts or more. Promotions apply under the conditions shown at the time of ordering and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Ordering and contract

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or when production is impossible; any payment already made is then refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at checkout through the payment methods offered. Your order goes into production only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery

We ship to the countries of the European Union. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days; delivery takes another 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination. These are estimates. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days after ordering, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you. See our shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. See our refund policy for how this works.

8. Legal guarantee

As a consumer you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery under Belgian law. Report a defect as soon as possible and in any case within two months after you discovered it. Misprints, damage in transit and wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the product concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. Intellectual property

All designs remain the property of Zodiac Zero. Buying a product does not give you any right to reproduce the design.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at shop@zodiaczero.com; we answer within 2 working days. If we cannot find a solution together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst), North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8, 1000 Brussels, consumentenombudsdienst.be.

12. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by law.
